is currently not initializing the
[slave_id|https://github.com/apache/mesos/blob/master/include/mesos/mesos.proto#L1139]
field. This makes reconciliation process slower on the Mesos side when there
are slaves in "transitionary" state. With the "slave_id" field set, Mesos will
be able to issue TASK_LOST without waiting for all slaves to exit
"transitionary" state.
