AURORA-1252 removed restart_threshold, however it is still documented. The
documentation should probably be updated to say "Deprecated: Now ignored. Use
health checking to verify that updates are working" (or something similar). I'd
submit a patch but the contributor guide was an intimidating list of steps for
a 1 line change.
