Ok I see, I am fine with a patch that adds additional customization points for
operators. The dozens of ip/hostname options supported by Mesos tend to
indicate that there is indeed a need for a certain flexibility
(https://mesos.apache.org/documentation/latest/configuration/).
I will leave a bunch of comments in your review request. Would be awesome if
another dev ([~zmanji] or [~jsirois]) has a look at that as well.
