Once the product install docs are corrected via AURORA-1647, the
aurora-packaging test docs can be amended to leverage those docs with the
caveat of getting the rpms (and debs) differently (ie not via wget from the
official bintray repo). This will leave the bulk of the install instructions
centralized in one spot.
