Noting that the 0.0.82 release cannot be used because of this bug:

I have a fix out that will be in the 0.0.83 release. Its unclear if that
release will be this Friday, April 22nd or the following Friday since pants is
in the process of switching to a 2-week release cycle with 1 week of vetting.
