An alternative approach would be to make sure that there is no information
shown in the toplevel README that we'd miss on the website:
* adopt the elevator pitch of Aurora and check if it can be copied to
https://aurora.apache.org/
* move https://github.com/apache/aurora#features and merge with
https://github.com/apache/aurora/tree/master/docs#features
* move https://github.com/apache/aurora#companies-using-aurora to
https://github.com/apache/aurora/tree/master/docs#additional-resources
* move https://github.com/apache/aurora#when-and-when-not-to-use-aurora to XX?
