Aurora /offers debug http endpoint dumps the offers queued in the scheduler.
To facilitate experimentation/development for *Dynamic Reservation* we need to
update this endpoint to dump
[reservation|http://mesos.apache.org/documentation/latest/reservation/] and
[persistent
volume|http://mesos.apache.org/documentation/latest/persistent-volume/]
information embedded in resource offers as well.
