Thanks for bringing this up, Renan. This may indeed cause temporary problems
during overhead increase with the side-effect of degraded preemption
performance until all tasks with lesser overhead are preempted/restarted. I
agree, documenting this behavior (perhaps in scheduler-configuration.md?)
should be the acceptable way forward.
