I spoke with Zameer offline. We agreed that continuing the work to align
getJobUpdateDetails with getJobUpdateSummaries is worthwhile. But we also
agreed that it's best to avoid backwards incompatible changes in the first
place. Given recent discussions about moving to 1.0, it might be worth
revisiting our deprecation policy to avoid this type of breaking change in the
future.
