{{LoggingInterceptor}} intercepts and logs all Thrift server method
invocations. Expose stats on {{RuntimeException}} in Thrift method calls.
*Note:* Aurora also exposes timing stats on Thrift server method invocations
via {{ThriftStatsExporterInterceptor}}.
