While [https://reviews.apache.org/r/60942/] has removed the resource related
properties from the TaskConfig as related to AURORA-1707, these are still
present and not optional in the ResourceAggregate as well as various methods
"backfilling" them. This currently makes attempts to set `numGpus` and
`namedPort` fail on the thrift call.
