Aurora already provides several metrics, which can be used to measure
effectiveness of cache in upgrade process:
update_affinity_cache_expiration_removals
update_affinity_cache_explicit_removals
update_affinity_cache_removals
update_affinity_cache_size
(I believe they are added in https://reviews.apache.org/r/59231)
It will be great if we can provide these metrics up to each job level, so we
can know whether a particular job has a good hit rate.
