when e.g. rebinding to & rerunning active tasks (for example:
{{/hello_world20121114-203102 --root ~/.thermos/ --task_id
hello_world20121114-203102 --json
~/.thermos/tasks/active/hello_world20121114-203102}}), it's currently necessary
to specify:
a) sandbox
b) task_id
c) config file (task config)
at the very least, we should be able to retrieve a) from the header, which is
already parsed by other commands (e.g. thermos status)
