Somewhat pie-in-the-sky at this point, but now that we have opaque metadata
stored in tasks (formerly packages), it would be nice to make it possible to
query by this in a somewhat structured way. Perhaps this means we place a
requirement on metadata to be formatted as something like json.
As for a use case, you could imagine it being nice to ask the scheduler to "get
all tasks with {{package = postgresql/9.2}}" in a way such that the scheduler
still doesn't really know what packages or postgresql are.
