Hi Jake, I believe I did remove the whole line .
The problem was because there additional empty new line exist after the
copyright line which was not removed with my original patch.
Bill had sent patch to remove the extra new line and I did the review.
I could commit the changes if he has not committed by end of day tomorrow.
