Summary: Configuration summary does not show all of the TaskConfig

For configuration grouping, the template we show as a summary does not show all
of the properties that are used in the diff. This means it can be unclear what
is causing it if the attribute is not there.
Either we - find someone to represent the entire TaskConfig, or do the diff
only on the summary (AFAIK this is what the old UI did).
