Description:
We can do this proactively, which will make the pants upgrade for AURORA-585
much easier.

Then tested with {{./build-support/python/clean.sh && ./pants build -i
'CPython>=2.7,<3' ./src/test/python:all}}, then running the vagrant e2e tests.
