* Wire in ShiroWebModule behind optional flag, add ability to use shiro.ini +
HTTP Basic Authentication
* Create a ShiroAuthModule as an alternative to UnsecureAuthModule
* Add a ShiroCapabilityValidator that delegates to Shiro (keeping compatibility
with the existing CapabilityValidator API)
* Expose flag for custom Realm implementation.
