Summary: split up role and user concepts

In aurora the role is specified as the second item in the job key. It is used
for authorization, applying quotas and the unix user the executor runs as.
I propose splitting out role and unix user. I would like to authenticate as
"jaybuff" and use quota against "jaybuff", but have the job run as the unix
user "apache"
