Summary: Updater UI should show timestamps

Right now the UI shows human timestamps ("about an hour ago") but when
debugging against scheduler logs, it would be helpful for the actual timestamps
to be available e.g. via the "pi" easter egg or ideally hover-over or
toggleable.
