Summary: Use documentation template when rendering docs on Aurora
website

When documentation pages are currently rendered on the Aurora website, they use
the standard page layout. Instead, we should be using a documentation-specific
template.
The Mesos website achieves this by specifying the documentation in YAML
Frontmatter; for the Aurora website there may be ways to do this dynamically
and not require editing each file in the /docs folder.
