Summary: Copy the Twitter Java and Python styleguides under docs

To ensure against the Twitter styleguides moving locations or being removed, we
should create a copy of them.
Additionally the Aurora style diverges slightly, so this will make it possible
to have Aurora-specific style guidelines.
