I wonder the problem will go away with a newer version of
[https://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-remote-resources-plugin/usage.html] ->
3.0.0. At the moment it uses 1.7.0.
[~clesaec] Try by adding dependencyManagement for it in your PR.
