Hello! I finally got the 1.11.2 release into a better state, and heading
towards a release candidate this week. The best place to follow the
discussion for the release candidate is

Once a release candidate is out, there's a [VOTE] period for people to test it
– it would be exceptionally useful if you were to follow the mailing list and
check the avro-python artifacts for Python 3.11 !
