Oscar Westra van Holthe - Kind edited comment on AVRO-3907 at 11/21/23 4:04 PM:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Question: can we use the text colour "currentColor" in the text group style
attribute in {{avro-1.svg}}?
For use in websites, this will cause the text in the logo to use the current
text colour (and will default to black). As an additional bonus, it'll allow us
to remove {{avro-2.svg}}.
The alternative is the current situation, which uses explicit black
({{avro-1.svg}}) and white ({{avro-2.svg}}) text.

> When completing the work for AVRO-3554 by merging [PR
> #2594|https://github.com/apache/avro/pull/2594], we should also update the
> logo on the Apache Project logos list: https://www.apache.org/logos/
> Attached are the new logos, replacing the old one. I've created an explicit
> "powered by" logo, as the default won't do.
