Description:
The current IntelliJ documentation is not well organized. The plan is to
re-organize it into a set of developer workflows, with very prescriptive steps
that are easy to follow and validate that they are still working.
This task tracks writing documentation for the scenario: "Recover from other
common IDE errors (FAQ)"
