Make 'Contact Us' link more visible from contributor guide.

We received some great feedback from a new contributor on our
Contributor Guide. Amongst other things, they mentioned it was difficult
to find a place to reach out for help from the Contributor Guide. The
content is there on the website, but it wasn't very visible. This PR
adds additional links to correct for this.
