LGTM, thanks for the contribution
I see we have usages of `provided` dependencies in our build, and adding
this plugin looks to be consistent with other usages (`propdeps`,
`propdeps-maven`). I don't know if this will fix all of our IntelliJ woes, but
I don't think it will hurt.
