My initial plan is:
# Create an initial gradle build file for the metrics project, an empty
pre-commit test target and corresponding jenkins job
# Add a task to run docker-compose to ensure it's supported on Jenkins
# Add a task which will run the full stack, and validate that each of the
import scripts successfully runs.
