Yes, the error message I see from Dataflow stackdriver logs is:

returned error: No such image:
us.gcr.io/apache-beam-testing/java-examples-it/java:20181108180037}}
My previous change added some automatic test dependencies to cleanup docker
images after usage; I suspect we're accidentally deleting them too early.
