When a Go pipeline is run with the Universal Runner and connecting to the ULR
Job Server as an endpoint, it will hang on the user's end, even if the pipeline
completed successfully. The pipeline doesn't hang on the Job Server side, but
the Job Server seems to not be sending a signal back to the Universal Runner
telling it that the pipeline completed.
This should be fixed so that the program on the user's side will be stopped
once the pipeline is done running.
