Provides UnboundedSyntheticSource, some necessary refactoring and enables it
in java load tests.
Key points:
- watermark is based on next elements prediction. Please see
SyntheticWatermark class to find out how.
- Checkpoints consist of start and end position for a bundle
- splitting and delays are applied the same way as in Bounded source
Streaming tests are not stopped automatically (yet). I decided to implement
this in a separate contribution.
