Source vendored grpc dependency from Maven central

While fixing our vendored gRPC, we moved our internal dependencies to
use the artifacts directly from wthin the build. This was temporary
until the new vendored artifact could be released. Now that version 0.2
of our vendored library is released and available, this change moves
internal dependencies back to the artifact in Maven Central.
