Starting from version 0.13.1, Amazon Kinesis Producer Library (KPL) changed its 
license to Apache License 
(https://github.com/awslabs/amazon-kinesis-producer#0130) and current version 
of KinesisIO.Write already leverage this. 

So, we don't need to implement KinesisIO.Write using AWS SDK anymore. 
Therefore, I close this Jira, feel free to reopen it if you see the other 
reasons why we should do that.
