The {{javax.annotation.Nullable}} is not robust to all the locations that
annotations need to be placed. It is not a proper "type annotation". There are
also a whole bunch of different Nullable annotations provided by a bunch of
projects. Best to just use the string of the class name to support as many as
possible.
