Today ‘sdks/java/core’ includes the dependencies and the different
implementation of all the compression formats supported by Beam. This implies
that compression dependencies tend to leak from the core SDK. This issue tracks
the creation of an extensible mechanism to register new compression formats
wihout adding more dependencies to core SDK.
