Description:
Tests which fails on windows.
During development test suite which run java unit tests on windows
(BEAM-10682) they appear to fail.
Those tests have comment with this Jira issue (introduced in PR mentioned
above).
I didn't solve by myself them since I am not so much familiar with java and
Beam logic so I didn't want just makes tests green which could hide potentially
real issue.
I propose to solve them in logical groo
