Description: AvroIO.RecordFormatter is an user friendly way to transform
user elements into Avro GenericRecords before writing to a Sink. This can be
achieved easily by doing a ParDo with the same goal and using Sink that knows
how to write a PCollection of IndexedRecords. (was: GenericRecord being an
indexedRecord and the schema being provided this can only makes the supported
use cases bigger)
