Nice, this is a great progress!
I'd advice to definitively announce it on dev@beam and provide some details
about the main concepts of this runner (for example, how Source works with
Kafka Streams, how much of Beam model is supported (see [Capability
Matrix|https://beam.apache.org/documentation/runners/capability-matrix/]),
etc). Usually, after you feel it's ready, you will need to create a PR against
Beam repository and ask for review.
