This pull request adds a textio.Read lesson to the Go SDK katas. I **did
not** update stepik as this PR is different than others in that:
- Updates [build.gradle](build.gradle) to ignore `learning/katas/**/*.txt`
instead of `learning/katas/*/IO/**/*.txt`
- Adds a [testdata]() package for convenience referencing the path to the
test data
