Ah, in that case perhaps in the new versions of the plugin the `build` task
doens't depend any more on the `shadowJar` task.
To fix this, we can add the following:
```
tasks.named("build").configure {
dependsOn tasks.named("shadowJar")
}
```
Should I do the above for just `io/expansion-service/build.gradle` or all
`shadowJar` tasks?
