*BenchSci* is a platform that is used to identify figures containing antibodies
usage information. They mine a subset of the world’s biological research papers
with the aim of extracting information that will accelerate future
pharmaceutical research programs by enabling more reproducible experiments.
This use case demonstrates the impact of Beam’s programming model on the
quality and maintainability of the codebase they ported over (from Spark &
Airflow).
