ASF GitHub Bot logged work on BEAM-10593:
-----------------------------------------

                Author: ASF GitHub Bot
            Created on: 20/Nov/20 21:20
            Start Date: 20/Nov/20 21:20
    Worklog Time Spent: 10m
Work Description: emilymye commented on pull request #13393:
URL: https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/13393#issuecomment-731412969

I should also mention that this is a separate task from the [existing
snapshot
job](https://github.com/apache/beam/blob/master/.test-infra/jenkins/job_Publish_Docker_Snapshots.groovy)
for Python-adjacent tests mostly because those are (were?) deleted pretty
regularly. These are meant to be more persistent, only off master, and we care
about non-latest tags.
