No, it's not. It fixes shadow jar builds for example Spark Job Server build,
the only test that didn't pass is Apache Spark SparkStructuredStreaming Runner
ValidatesRunner Tests.
Therefore I wrote `Apache Spark SparkStructuredStreaming Runner
ValidatesRunner Tests fails also on master (21 Dec 2020).` To let you know that
it's not my PR that broke it.
