Regarding using the ITests to test cassandra, I think it would be better to
do it in UTests. I understand why you chose ITests, because you wanted a proper
cassandra instance to test against. This is why I pointed out using an embedded
cassandra instance. I'm precisely refactoring CassandraIO to include such an
embedded instance in UTests and also to remove CassandraService which was
mainly there to enable injecting FakeCassandraService mock.
