I will start working on Neo4jIO.Read and Write shortly.
For now you can use the Hop Neo4j plugins
[https://github.com/mattcasters/hop-neo4j/] on a recent Apache Hop (incubating)
build : hop.apache.org/download/ The designed pipelines can be run on Beam.
