Linkage Checker 1.5.4 has better handling for error reporting. This PR also
addresses the following small enhancements:
- There is a minor typo in the shell script "ARTIFACT_LIST".
- When Gradle failed to generate baseline file (in baseline mode), it can
fail fast without building subsequent project.
