This PR addresses an issue in doctests where the output expression wasn't
being run through PartitioningSession. So expressions that should be impossible
(e.g. `fillna(method='ffill')`) were being executed successfully. Most of the
remaining changes are addressing the resulting compliance failures.
The final commit, 0947055, adds an ugly hack to make sure that frames with
multiindexes evaluate equally, i.e.:
```
Series name Row ID
s1 0 a
1 b
s2 0 c
1 d
dtype: object
```
Is converted into:
```
Series name Row ID
s1 0 a
s1 1 b
s2 0 c
s2 1 d
dtype: object
```
This is required for some of the new test failures.
