Work Description: scwhittle opened a new pull request #14154:

from 8MB to 32MB.
This decreases the number of fetches for large bag by 4x. Such
page fetches are generally triggered by bag iteration and are
therefore block user processing. The latency overhead of performing
a fetch is less than the latency added by fetching additional data.
