With the recent addition of official support for [Spark 3 and its Java 11 CI

we should resolve this ticket and improve the docs in the website about our
Java 11 compatibility.
We should probably move the pending tasks related to Portable VR runs +
DataflowV2 to a new issue. WDYT [~kenn] ?
